of August 5, all persons lodging are required to provide their personal details for registration in the system of the Generalitat Police - Mossos d'Esquadra. The information collected will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations and will be used exclusively to comply with applicable legal obligations.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">To comply with this regulation:<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">\u00b7 Registration obligation: It is essential that all guests over 14 years of age provide a valid identification document (ID card, NIE or passport) before entering the accommodation. The towel service includes 1 bath towel per person + 1 hand towel per bathroom, extra towels cost \u20ac5 per towel. And the extra bedding pack costs \u20ac7 per person.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">\u00b7 Final cleaning is included, but does not include final cleaning of the kitchen (cleaning of dishes, pans, glasses, oven, refrigerator, barbecue, trash removal, etc.). Maximum 7 days. Children and Young people under 17 (up to 16.99 years): \u20ac0.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Persons lodging in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia must register obligatorily. The national identity document will be mandatory upon entry, required from 14 years of age onwards. The regulation may affect services, without right to compensation.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><strong>CONTRACT TERMINATION<\/strong><\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">RESTAURANT SANTALLUCIA SL may automatically terminate the contract in the event of:<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">\u00b7 The number of occupants in the accommodation exceeds the number of persons stipulated in the rental contract.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">\u00b7 Subletting and transfer of rights derived from this contract.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">\u00b7 Engaging in activities or causing disturbances that harm other neighbors, community rules, and general standards of decency, morality, and public order.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><strong>MODIFICATIONS AND LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS BY THE COMPANY<\/strong><\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">\u00b7 In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will provide the client with another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without refunding any amount.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">The company will not be responsible under any circumstances for:<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">\u00b7 The theft, loss, or damage that guests may suffer during their stay in the rented apartment\/house.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">\u00b7 Supply interruptions by electricity, water, gas, internet companies, etc.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">\u00b7 The breakage of appliances or any other device that is part of the accommodation; in this case, please notify the office so that the technical support service can be contacted to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but the lack of attendance or repair by this service will not be grounds for compensation by RESTAURANT SANTALLUCIA SL.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">\u00b7 The company is not responsible for the inconvenience, disturbances, or damage that may be caused by urgent works carried out on the street, neighborhood, or community during the rental period.
